The moments of 2023 that defined the Experience Wallet

In April 2023, we launched the Enigma Experience Wallet, the app that allows you to enjoy any and every live show to the fullest, where a ticket is worth much more than just access, and where a ticket becomes smart. From now on, fans, artists, and event promoters can use our Enigma Experience Wallet to enhance the before, during, and after any event.

We started the year with Bizarrap and ended it with Babasonicos, going through Primavera Sound, the Polo Open, Rels B, Spotify's Equal Festival, Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, Miranda!, and more. Each show allowed us to improve and optimize the app usage process.

From April to date, the application has garnered hundreds of thousands of downloads and more than 380,000 users, in addition to delivering over 560,000 Smart Tickets, of which 130,000 were transferred between users within the app.

BIZARRAP IN APRIL

We dedicated our efforts as a technology company to develop the Enigma Experience Wallet and premiered it with Bizarrapp's three shows at the Hipódromo de Palermo.

In its v1, the application enabled quick and secure access for 60,000 people, who even without data or internet at the venue, entered the Hipódromo de Palermo to see the show of the most important producer in current music.

The smooth operation of the app and the positive reception from the audience fueled us to understand how we could continue evolving and growing the application.

MESSI 10 BY CIRQUE DU SOLEIL & POLO OPEN

Although we are fans of music (and our 20 years of experience working in music confirm it), the idea when conceiving the Enigma Experience Wallet was always to make it possible to use it for any type of show.

The Messi 10 by Cirque Du Soleil shows and all the matches of the Polo Open 2023 confirmed that the application was ready to continue expanding and welcoming new users of all ages and backgrounds.

It was also the perfect opportunity to develop an improved corporate ticketing system, making the process of delivering compliments from companies and producers easier, simpler, and more agile.

Around 140,000 new users got to know the Enigma Experience Wallet by attending Cirque du Soleil or the Polo Open (+ their respective parties, Sunset, and After).

NEW FEATURES FOR PRIMAVERA SOUND

The most important festival of 2023 in Argentina brought a wave of opportunities and new features within the Experience Wallet.

We were the official ticketing platform for the festival at www.enigmatickets.com,

  • food and drink purchase,

  • Cashless system top-up using QR codes,

  • ticket upgrades,

  • access to exclusive spaces (Lounge Enigma),

  • participation for backstage access and a tour of the stages.

To enable easy and straightforward purchases within the app, we integrated with MercadoPago, and all items for sale sold out shortly after being released. We took the opportunity to refresh the app's appearance so that users could comfortably use all the new features.

We also decided to provide a unique experience for festival attendees: the Lounge Enigma, a place that allowed buyers to enjoy a space with drinks, snacks, phone charging, internet connection, and a privileged location to relax between shows.

These new features allowed 100,000 people to enjoy the festival much more, earning it the title of the best festival of 2023 in Argentina, according to the local press.

EXPERIENCES WITH ARTISTS

One of the main goals of the Experience Wallet is also to bring fans and artists closer, enhancing that special connection that binds them.

For the Los Fabulosos Cadillacs shows at Ferro and Babasonicos at the Campo Argentino de Polo, we decided, in collaboration with the bands, to launch a series of Experiences that only Enigma could offer. For these shows, a select group of fans could enjoy:

  • studio meetings with the band,

  • backstage access before the concert,

  • a tour of the stage,

  • exclusive merchandise,

  • enjoying the concert just a few meters from the musicians.

These types of Experiences, which could previously be obtained in our Marketplace, are now available within the application for certain shows, only visible to people with tickets for the show.

ENIGMA LOYALTY PROGRAM

Receiving feedback from users and fans about the app, we understood new solutions and functions that we could add to the application. One, in particular, was always very clear: each ticket for a show should be worth much more than just access. Therefore, and at the request of users, all elements within the application now function as enhancers of the Experience. This means that each QR code used within the app earns points that later allow users to access rewards, redeem them for benefits and prizes, and receive discounts and complimentary tickets.

ALL SET FOR 2024!

This was just the beginning of the Enigma Experience Wallet! Exciting things are coming for 2024 that will make attending any show an even better experience.

  • Legal and secure ticket buying and selling. We will be the first LATAM application to offer a blockchain-based solution to the huge conflicts and problems generated by the secondary resale market.

  • Enigma Loyalty Program. The evolution of our program will be crucial for users to get much more out of their tickets and purchases in the app.

  • Enigma Experience Wallet 2.0. It will allow users to show how big fans they are (displaying the badges, tickets, and Digital Collectibles they possess) to access more benefits and rewards.

  • News and information section. More news and information about all Enigma events.

  • Notifications and more rewards. Users can activate app notifications to receive more benefits and participate in giveaways.
