We are closing a great chapter of BizarrApp to start another
Rafikyhen was the grand winner of the BizarrApp and flew from Montevideo, Uruguay, to Mexico to meet Bizarrap at his show at the Pepsi Center in Mexico City.
It's not every day that we can celebrate minting a collection of 2 million pieces on the blockchain!
The BizarrApp as an application has come to an end. But this is not the end of the Biza Cards, which now take on a new dimension within the blockchain: their owners will be able to continue trading, selling, and buying the ones they need to complete the collection directly on the Polygon network. In total, there are almost 2 million pieces minted on the Polygon network that are now available on our Marketplace, under the custody of Enigma, and that users will be able to claim to have them directly in their Wallets.
As of 05/12/24 at 00:00 (UTC), the application became inactive and, although that chapter has ended, we are committed to ensuring that the experience does not end there. We want each user to continue enjoying their own Collection and stay connected to the Community, the largest within the Bizarrap fandom. Since its launch, the BizarrApp has been much more than just an application for collecting Cards. It was also that special and unique place where the biggest fans of Biza gathered to share their passion for the Sessions, create transatlantic bonds on Discord, and, of course, trade their favorite Cards from each Session.
The closure of the application was accompanied by the delivery of the grand prize: an all-inclusive trip to see and meet Bizarrap at his show in Mexico. The user Rafikyhen, the first person to complete 100% of the album, was the winner and traveled from his native Uruguay to Mexico City to meet Biza and experience the excitement along with thousands of people at the Pepsi Center in Mexico City. The conditions to participate in the trip were very easy: complete 100% of the album and use Mixer to create a remix of one of the Sessions that included this tool. Many people participated, sharing their Mixers on social media with the hashtag #MiBzrpRemix and completing the album, but Rafi was the one chosen by Biza to enjoy the trip.
Thus, we close a great chapter of the BizarrApp to make way for a unique milestone in the history of the blockchain, created by a Latin American artist in collaboration with Enigma.
